Vanilla Infusion

Infusion means that a solid dissolves in a liquid, and what is better than giving BESO a real vanilla look with real vanilla bar. You will find that it is very useful in smoothies and drinks as well as in lots of desserts such as fruit salad and crème brulée.

Ingredients:
A bottle of BESO and a Vanilla bar

Process:

  1. Pour over half a bottle BESO into a clean glass bottle with a seal.
  2. Cut a vanilla bar lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  3. Put both seeds and vanilla bar in the bottle.
  4. Store the bottle in the fridge, after one to two weeks you have a fantastic vanilla layer.
