The terms below govern the relationship between you as a customer and AliasSmith AB (556667-2654) when you shop on besodeagave.com over the internet.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation as well as other information about your order via email. If something is not right, contact us directly for change or cancellation, so we can fix it before the order has been packed and shipped. (Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change the recipient address or add / remove items once the package has been packed / shipped)
We reserve the right to change our prices and terms without notice. It is important that you check our current conditions before placing an order. It is the conditions and prices at the time of the order that apply. We reserve ourselves for obviously inaccurate information and final sales.
Our system will only be able to process orders within the covered territory. As we manage our own stock, the system won´t allow purchasing if by any chance we run out of packs. If this might happen, please contact our support service so we can process your order manually as soon as possible.
Card payment is possible with VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Vía Stripe, No billing fee or card fee is charged when paying by card at besodeagave.com
Our payment pages are security protected with encrypted SSL pages and certified. The card information is thus treated securely and confidentially. Your card details are communicated directly to your bank via Stripe’s system and are never stored with us. You can read Stripe terms here.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases where we consider it justified. All goods remain AliasSmith AB’s property until full payment is made. All fraud is reported to the police with legal effect.

Orders placed before 11:30 am weekdays are posted on the same date and delivered to the selected destination max 2 days after. If you want the package to be delivered at a later date, you will be able specify it before you checkout.
The packages are shipped on weekdays and are delivered according Ryska Posten’s terms for the Stockholm Area, Budbee for Southern Sweden, and DHL/TNT’s terms for Northern Sweden. The tracking number can be found in the order confirmation. Normally, the parcels are delivered directly to the recipient’s door 1-2 business days after the chosen date of dispatch, unless otherwise is specified in the order confirmation. Goods shipped north of Stockholm and Gotland can take 2-3 working days.
Once the goods have left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility will be transferred to the shipping company in charge of delivering your order within the stipulated time. This means that the total delivery time before the goods reach you, can be longer than stated as normal for the selected shipping method if the carrier itself causes a delay.
The above delivery methods and prices apply only within Sweden. Shipping to Denmark and Finland will be available in the near future.
All items that can be added to the cart are in stock to ensure fast delivery. If any miscalculation against the presumption arises due to technical or human error, we will contact you immediately. You will then be able to cancel the purchase at no charge (the money will be returned within 14 days), change to another item or wait for a new delivery.

If an item is defective, incorrectly shipped, transport damaged or you have any complain or recommendation, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or reach us at +468309855. Specify the product and describe the problem. Provide us with the order number so we can quickly find the order in our system. You will receive our help to solve the problem either with a new item, reparation, money refund or any price reduction.
If the Product isdamaged, improperly shipped or transport damagedplease contact us as soon as possible, also you have the option to return unused/unopened bottles by the right of withdrawal with original packaging within 14 days after the date of delivery.

In case of damaged goods, don’t forget to add photos in the email, customer services will tell you how to proceed.
Subsequently, an employee from our customer service staff will get back to you with a solution and information on your case and instructions on how to return the product.
Specify what you want to exchange or whether the money should be returned, we will email you when the returned item has arrived. We will refund the money within 14 days of approved return.
Note: If the customer decides to return an item for no reason related to the condition of the product, then the customer is responsible for return shipping and transport risk (if the goods will be returned to us in new condition). Pack the goods well (you must not put stickers or the like directly on the product packaging).
After you get in contact with customer service, we will provide you a return number and the tracking guide to return the product with the same currier with which you received the product. Please note that the cost of the return freight will be deduced in the total amount of the invoice we will send you.
We do not accept shipments without return numbers. Anyone who returns an incorrect item stands for transport risk.
We will refund the money to you no later than 14 days after an eventual return is approved.
Unresolved packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal/return.
Keep in mind that if you cancel a purchase and want to return the entire shipment, you still need to pick up the package and return it as customer services indicated, otherwise, it is considered an unresolved package.

Be sure to enter the correct and complete name and address, especially if you are sending to someone else.
Note that the recipient needs to identify themselves to retrieve a package. Incorrect or incomplete address information may prevent the parcel from being delivered, sent to the wrong address or lost in mail handling. We will not compensate lost packages if incorrect or incomplete address information is provided.
