Peachy Mellis

This recipe is for two large tumbler glasses. If you make smaller portions it is enough for four people. Agave syrup is sweeter than sugar. Light butter and a pinch of salt balance the flavors. I use peach and raspberry as these are my favorites but this dessert can be varied as much as possible. Take your favorite fruit and berries! Preparation: 15 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes Total time: 20 minutes Servings: 2 people

2 tablespoons butter
0.5 dl BESO
2 cups of muesli or oatmeal
1 krm salt
2 cups of Turkish yogurt
1 jar of peach
5 Raspberries

  1. Brown the butter in a frying pan. Pour in BESO and simmer on high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in the granola and stir well so that all the grains are covered by the caramel. Add salt. Set aside and allow to cool.
  3. Toss chopped peach, grits and yogurt in a glass. Top with raspberries and toss over some extra BESO.P
