Granola

You can easily make your own favorite granola with significantly less sugar and fat than purchased, without any additives and with lots of useful seeds and nuts. It fits just as well on the yogurt as it does on ice cream and fruit.

Ingredients: 1 kg mixed with Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, peanuts, etc.), Seeds (sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp, poppy, etc.) Grains and cereals (oatmeal (preferably fiber), quinoa grits, buckwheat flakes, rye flakes, coconut) , etc.) 8 cl BESO 5 cl or sunflower oil 8 cl of water Dried unsweetened fruit or dried berries (raisins, apricots, blueberries, pineapples, mangoes)
Process:
  1. Set the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Mix nuts, seeds, grains and cereals in a bowl. Mix together the remaining ingredients (except dried fruit) and pour it over the nut, seed and cereal mixture so that everything is moistened.
  3. Pour the mixture on a long pan and roast in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid burning and to get a smooth color. Once the muesli has cooled down, you can add dried unsweetened fruit or berries.
  4. Store dry in a jar with lid, it has a shelf life of 3 – 4 weeks.
