Divide the bananas lengthwise and chop the walnuts roughly.
Melt butter in a frying pan. Add agave syrup and soy and let simmer for 2 min.
Add bananas and nuts and simmer for about 3 minutes until the sauce is almost gone.
Place ice cream balls and bananas with nuts. Drizzle sauce over and place on fresh berries.
