Bananas and Walnuts

The absolute best dessert I’ve ever made and invented. You have to try it!

Preparation: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Total time: 8 minutes
Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

3 bananas
100 grams of walnuts
2.5 tablespoons butter
0.5 dl agave syrup
1.5 tsp Japanese soy
vanilla ice cream
fresh berries

Process:

  1. Divide the bananas lengthwise and chop the walnuts roughly.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add agave syrup and soy and let simmer for 2 min.
  3. Add bananas and nuts and simmer for about 3 minutes until the sauce is almost gone.
  4. Place ice cream balls and bananas with nuts. Drizzle sauce over and place on fresh berries.
