Agave Mustard

It is easy to make your own mustard and with this one containing BESO you get one with less sugar and good taste that fits just as well for Christmas ham and dill sauce or on a spicy chorizo.

Ingredients: 1 dl water 1 cup Colman’s mustard powder ½ dl wheat flour ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons of vinegar (12%) 4 tbsp cream fraiche (34%) 2 tbsp BESO de Agave
Process:
  1. Boil the water. Mix water, mustard powder, wheat flour, salt and vinegar to a smooth mass and allow to cool.
  2. Stir in crème fraiche and BESO, taste to see if you should add more of these two ingredients.
  3. Leave to rest during the night in the refrigerator. Clear!
